Our food pantries are open 5 days a week
Anyone facing food insecurity is welcome to visit one of our food pantries in Portland for free groceries. We keep our pantries stocked with a variety of non-perishable items, produce, frozen & refrigerated foods, and other essential items.
If you’ve never been to one of our food pantries, the registration process is simple. We ask that you bring any form of photo identification and documentation of one of our eligibility requirements.
Once you’re registered, we will provide you with a “shopping list” that shows a map of the food pantry and where you can find different types of food. This list will be your guide to let you know how much of each type of food you’re allowed to take. We have them translated in Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic and Vietnamese.
There will be staff or volunteers on site to answer any questions you may have. We allow up to 16 food pantry visits per year.
