I have worked for the Housing Authority of Portland, now Home Forward, for 21 years.  I have assisted low income residents in accessing the Sunshine Division emergency food programs to fight hunger since the mid 90’s.  It has been a valuable and critical resource for folks in need.

The annual Holiday Food Box program is something residents very much look forward to every Holiday season. It has been a pleasure working with the Sunshine Division over the years. Both Home Forward residents and staff greatly appreciate the work they do in fighting hunger in the Portland community.
